Delivery within Denmark
Our delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 business days. Please choose your preferred courier and shipping method at checkout. Prices from DKK 49,-.

Delivery outside Denmark
For European orders expect delivery within 2-5 working days, and for orders outside Europe delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. The shipping price for countries abroad and outside the EU is calculated when you go to checkout.

In-store pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order in our physical store, if you wish to avoid shipping costs completely.

If you wish to return an order, please note that items must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your package or purchase your item in-store.

Contact contact@richandhanc.com for further instructions if you want to ship back your order.

All items to be returned must be intact with original tags, unused and in the original packaging.

You can return your order in our physical store or by sending the order back to our warehouse.

If you regret your purchase and send back your products within 14 days, you will be reimbursed.

Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us.

Return shipping costs are not covered by RICH & HANC for any shipments.

If you choose to return your purchase in our physical store, the amount will be exchanged to new items or a voucher for our store. Please note we do not offer refund in-store. Remember to bring your receipt.
